Frequently Asked Questions about Managed Wi-Fi Services

What is a managed WiFi service?

Managed Wi-Fi is an outsourced network that allows individuals to connect to the internet through various access points in a building, allowing property-wide access. As a cloud-based technology, it gives internet providers access to the management of the property’s Wi-Fi so that they can control and troubleshoot where necessary. It removes the need for an on-site IT department to manage the Wi-Fi network.

How can I ensure my network is secure?

Network security is a specialist skill where highly certified individuals and teams work using best practice models to reduce the risks your network may be vulnerable to. These specialists navigate the challenges posed by overly permissive security rules, rats nest cabling, configuration and performance issues, and more.
