Nettitude was founded in 2003 and is an award-winning provider of cybersecurity services. Through our research and innovation centres, we operate at the forefront of the industry, providing threat led services that span technical assurance, consulting and managed detection and response offerings.
In 2018, Nettitude became part of Lloyd’s Register, an 8,000 person strong professional services organisation, with 300 years of heritage in safety and risk management. Nettitude now provides true global coverage, through a network of over 180 offices strategically placed around the globe. Our team has local presence in over 120 countries, allowing us to deliver agile tailored services to the most discerning of organisations. We stay abreast of the evolving legislative and regulatory cybersecurity landscape, enabling our clients to focus on the activities that are core to their business. With every engagement, we focus in on what is important to our clients. Cutting through the fear, uncertainty and doubt and homing in on what really matters! With every engagement, we aim to provide tailored and pragmatic consultancy services that are designed to meet our clients’ unique operating environments.
As a Lloyds Register Company, all of our profits are fed into the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, a global charity that is focused on protecting life on land, in the air and at sea. Nettitude’s success directly contributes to the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, whose goal is to support education, research, public engagement, and promote scientific excellence across the globe.
We are proud to be one of a handful of companies worldwide that are certified by CREST across all of their key disciplines. Our team of consultants have achieved the highest accreditations for Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Incident Response services and Threat Intelligence. In parallel, we were the first organisation to be accredited for our Security Operation Centre services.
Nettitude has been assessed to the highest standards by the Payment Card Industry Council as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). We are also approved as PCI 3DS, PCI ASV, PA QSA and ISO 27001 lead auditor.
Nettitude’s Computer Emergency Response Team (N-CERT) has been assessed and approved by FIRST, the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams. Our 24×7 Security Operation Centre and Incident Response team have won awards for the breadth and depth of managed services that we are able to deliver to our global client base.
Nettitude is also an accredited supplier of CBEST testing services and an approved provider of STAR testing services. We also deliver services for both TIBER and iCAST in heavily regulated financial services environments. Through our adversarial simulation services, we also deliver engagements that have been approved for both TBEST and GBEST assessments.
We offer strong security services to our clients, such as penetration testing and the full spectrum of cybersecurity risk management solutions. However, we also practice what we preach, and have the highest levels of rigour applied to all of the risk management and security controls that are relevant to our organisation itself. We are certified against ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. We are also an ‘Investor In People’ company, with strong environmental and sustainability policies through ISO 14001.
We take a customer-first attitude. Our customers are our key focus. We always go the extra mile to provide our clients with an excellent customer service experience in all their dealings with Nettitude. Our customer base is continually growing.

‘Investors In People’
We are an ‘Investor In People’ organisation and our team continues to achieve not only multiple vendor certifications and accreditations but highly respected industry accreditations from the PCI SSC, ISC2, BCI, Chartered Institute of IT, NCSC, NCSC CHECK and CREST.
A ‘Socially Oriented’ Company
As a Lloyd’s Register Company, all of our profits directly feed the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, a charity that is focused on making the world a safer place. The charity’s vision is to be a leading supporter of engineering-related research, training and education that makes a real difference in improving the safety of the critical infrastructure on which modern society relies.
At Nettitude we are passionate about information security and managing cyber risk – keeping your data and your business secure and protected at every stage of its journey. Our aim is to be ‘your trusted cyber partner’.
Nettitude believes that a holistic approach to security is needed, whatever industry you work in. Nettitude has been delivering security assessment services for financial service firms across the world for more than a decade. As a CREST company, we have certified infrastructure, application, and wireless testers as well as a team of consultants that have been active contributors to the STAR and the CBEST programs.
We aim to impart knowledge, advice and assistance to help you deploy changes in behaviour, understanding, and where appropriate, culture. This will then provide a robust foundation, which will help you develop and grow the company’s security platform. This methodology has been at the core of our services, helping provide pragmatic cybersecurity for industries such as Finance & Banking, IT, Technology and Engineering.
Brexit | What Does This Mean For Nettitude?
In general, we view an exit from the EU as unlikely to have an impact on how Nettitude provides services to clients. As a service organisation, we rely largely on our own people and IP to deliver our services and our supply chain is not materially exposed to the EU region.
Nettitude is a wholly-owned subsidiary within the Lloyd’s Register (“LR”) Group of companies. LR’s Brexit Committee, formed soon after the EU referendum, continues to closely monitor the UK’s exit process. LR has taken the precaution of applying for and obtaining a variety of Notified Body designations within the EU (in case of a hard Brexit) – but these relate only to those areas of our business impacted by the UK’s decision to leave the EU. Specifically, these involve our work as a notified body under various EU Directives and Regulations and as a Recognised organisation in the marine and offshore sector, which requires sponsorship by an EU flag. Nettitude has not had to take any such action, as it has never required any such accreditations in the provision of its services.
We want to reassure our clients that, whatever the outcome of the Brexit negotiation, Nettitude in its own right, and especially as a member of the LR Group of companies, is a robust and resilient business that benefits from a global footprint and which will continue to provide global services to our clients in the same manner and to the same high standard as we have always done. We will, however, continue to monitor developments closely and will update you of any significant developments.
