LRQA Nettitude’s growth in Asia continues with renaming of ATvanGarde and new Head of APAC

LRQA Nettitude has announced a company name change for the acquired ATvanGarde PTE LTD, which has been renamed LRQA Nettitude PTE Limited. This change took effect from Wednesday, 1st February 2023, and marks a significant step in LRQA Nettitude’s continued growth and expansion.

Following the rename LRQA Nettitude CEO, Karen Bolton, said “We are excited by this change as it signals an important milestone in the integration of our two businesses into one cohesive team.”

The combined team will be led by Greg Lingris, who has been appointed by LRQA Nettitude as Executive Vice President & Head of APAC. Greg boasts 15 years of experience in cybersecurity which has seen him work across Africa, the UAE, and APAC. Discussing his appointment he said, “I’m thrilled about the opportunity ahead, LRQA Nettitude is in an excellent position to continue to develop and acquire new capabilities, deliver increased value to clients, and drive toward growth targets.”

LRQA Nettitude is a part of LRQA, a leading global assurance provider operating in more than 160 countries and recognised by over 30 accreditation bodies worldwide. Following the acquisition of ATvanGarde on 1st August 2022, the change of company name is designed to help clients easily understand the organisation’s full portfolio of cybersecurity services. The successful integration has also allowed LRQA Nettitude to expand its governance, risk, and compliance offerings in South East Asia, particularly Singapore, fuelling growth in the region.

Addressing LRQA and LRQA Nettitude’s growth strategy Bolton said “This displays the strength of our growth through acquisition strategy and furthers our mission to be recognised as a research-led, globally trusted cybersecurity expert. The initial acquisition of ATvanGarde bought together the strengths of both companies and following a successful integration this renaming represents another step on the journey of helping our clients navigate a rapidly changing risk landscape.”

Andrew Ho, Head of GRC, APAC, LRQA Nettitude, who led the successful growth of ATvanGarde from its inception in 2018 said “This name change means so much to us, we are thrilled to be part of LRQA Nettitude. The period since the acquisition has been successful and has enabled us to offer a wider portfolio of services and greater value to clients. LRQA Nettitude asks that clients update their records accordingly. The name change will not impact ongoing business or agreed terms and the ATvanGarde team is retained as part of LRQA Nettitude. The organisation’s Company Number and Registered Office remain the same: 201808044W, 38 Jalan Pemimpin #06-01, M38, Singapore, 577178.
