Rowland Johnson

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Rowland founded Nettitude in 2003 with a vision for providing high quality cyber security and risk management consultancy services for organisations across the globe. Rowland has developed an award winning company that delivers high quality consultancy services and is at the cutting edge of the security industry. Leading from the front, Rowland is a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) for the Payment Card industry (PCI) as well as a Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and a Point to Point Encryption QSA. Rowland is a CESG CHECK Team Leader and a CREST Team Leader Infrastructure. Rowland is an elected member of the CREST executive board. Rowland is a family man, with a passion for property renovation and raising money for charitable causes.

Martin Watts

Chief Commercial Officer

Martin was appointed to Chief Commercial Officer of Nettitude Group in 2015, having driven the expansion of Nettitude in Europe and North America. As a company Director with over 20 years in the information technology sector, Martin continues to spearhead Nettitude’s commercial growth, staying ahead of developing market trends and leading expansion into new regions where sophisticated cyber security services are in demand. Martin is married with two young children and, when time permits, enjoys combining his passion for sports and youth development.

Mitchell Titley

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mitch joined Nettitude in 2015 and is responsible for managing the Finance & Business Support teams, as well as driving profits and overseeing the growth of the business. Having been involved in a broad range of businesses at Board level, Mitch brings a combination of strategic and financial experience to the business. Prior to Nettitude, Mitch was CFOO at SmithCorp and, before that, he spent 10 years at Gresham Private Equity investing in UK mid-market businesses and driving strategy and growth in those businesses at Board level. He is also ACA qualified having trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 9 years. Mitch loves spending time with his wife and two sons, and keeping fit with his main sports being running, cycling and kite surfing. He is also a keen photographer and has been the official photographer at a couple of weddings!

Ben Densham

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As CTO Ben is responsible for leading the technical services at Nettitude including the research and innovation team, and overseeing top-line security projects. His expertise also extends to all aspects of pre-sales, design, guidance and the implementation of policy, processes and effective controls/technical solutions from the industry’s leading vendors and cutting edge software vendors.

Karen Bolton

Executive Vice President – North America

Karen joined Nettitude in April 2017, and brought with her extensive experience in developing strategies, driving sales, managing clients, operations and developing talent. With over 25 years in senior sales and consulting roles, she also has a great focus on enterprise software applications, analytics, SaaS and outsourced solutions. Her previous role was a Managing Director (Sales & Relationship Management) at Marsh ClearSight; leading their global sales, account management and professional services organization, providing risk management solutions to some of the world’s largest corporations. Karen received her MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of NSW, Australia and resides in New York.

Steve Ellis

Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Steve joined the company in April 2017, bringing with him a wealth of experience across a number of organizations and sectors. Beginning in his IT career in 1998 for IMB, Steve eventually went on to hold a number of senior positions and starting his own businesses. In 2003 he led a Private Equity backed MBO, selling the business two years later to Logicalis, whilst there he acquired two businesses and helped create Logicalis Computing Solutions in the UK before becoming Senior Vice President of International Development. Further success enabled him to become Chairman of a number of companies including Automated Workflow a business process outsourcing organization based in Bangalore India, Neocol a document management organization and Trovus a digital marketing organization both based in the UK.
