- Integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch.
- Optional integrated Wireless Access Point.
- Cisco CallConnectors that support integration with 3rd party applications including Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com CRM. CallConnectors also support click to dial and presence.
