excellence as standard

Cisco Systems provide three complimentary voicemail systems designed to cater for different customer requirements in terms of price, scalability and functionality.

Each of these voicemail systems can be integrated with any Cisco Unified Communications platform, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.

Each system provides a sophisticated voicemail solution providing differing levels of functionality. Unity Express is deployed on a module within a Cisco router. Both Unity Connection and Unity are deployed on dedicated Intel Servers.
