Call Recording for Mobiles
Mobile devices give employees the ability to work flexibly, and commonly away from their main office. If a business is recording fixed line calls as part of its overall strategy, then recording mobile devices is equally as important. Recording calls on mobile devices is outside of the current Financial Services Authority regulations, however at the time of writing, this was under review. It is likely that at some point the FSA will insist that calls involving mobile devices be subject to the same requirements that are currently in place for fixed handsets.

Modern call recording solutions for mobile devices allow businesses to record calls in one of two manners:
1. Adhoc: calls are recorded at the instigation of the mobile user by pressing a special hot key on their handset
2. Continuous: all calls from a particular mobile are recorded without any user intervention or input
Nettitude partners with industry pioneer Voxsmart for the delivery of cost effective yet powerful mobile device call recording solutions.
To tackle both Adhoc and Continuous Call recording requirements, Voxsmart have 2 offerings
- VoxReplay - For Adhoc Call Recording
